3. Prohibited Use

You may not use SchnelPay for any of the following:

Financial Crimes

  • Money laundering or structuring transactions to evade reporting requirements
  • Terrorist financing or transactions with sanctioned individuals or entities
  • Tax evasion or fraudulent financial activity
  • Operating unlicensed money transmission services

Illegal Activity

  • Purchasing or selling illegal goods or services

  • Circumventing sanctions or export controls
  • Any activity that violates applicable local, state, federal, or international law

Platform Abuse

  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the Service
  • Introducing malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Automated scraping or data harvesting without written consent
  • Overloading or interfering with the platform's infrastructure

4. Enforcement

SchnelPay reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this Policy. If we determine that a violation has occurred, we may take any of the following actions:

  • Issue a warning
  • Temporarily suspend your account
  • Permanently terminate your account
  • Report activity to law enforcement or regulatory authorities
  • Pursue legal action

We are not obligated to provide advance notice before taking enforcement action.
