Cookie Policy

Effective date: April 1, 2026  |  Governing law: State of California, United States

Plain English first. We use minimal cookies — only what is necessary to keep the platform secure and functional. We do not sell your data or use advertising cookies.

1. What Are Cookies

Small files stored on your device that help websites remember information about your visit.

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember your preferences, keep you logged in, and understand how you use the service. SchnelPay uses cookies sparingly and only where necessary.

2. Cookies We Use

We use three types of cookies: essential, security, and analytics. No advertising cookies.

Essential cookies — Required for the platform to function. These include session tokens that keep you logged in and CSRF protection tokens that prevent unauthorised actions. You cannot opt out of these without losing access to the platform.

Security cookies — Used to detect suspicious activity, enforce rate limits, and protect against fraud. These are integral to our QuantumShield™ security architecture.

Analytics cookies — We use privacy-respecting, aggregated analytics to understand which features are used and how to improve the platform. No personally identifiable information is collected. You may opt out at any time.

3. Cookies We Do NOT Use

No advertising, tracking, or third-party marketing cookies — ever.

SchnelPay does not use:

  • Advertising or retargeting cookies
  • Third-party marketing or social media tracking pixels
  • Cookies that track you across other websites
  • Cookies that fingerprint your device for identification

4. Third-Party Cookies

Some third-party services we use may set their own cookies. We list them here.

Where we integrate third-party services, those providers may set their own cookies subject to their own privacy policies:

  • MoonPay / Transak — On-ramp providers set session cookies during the purchase flow. These are governed by their respective privacy policies.
  • Cloudflare — Our hosting and security provider may set cookies for bot protection and performance optimisation.

5. Managing Cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings at any time.

You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:

  • View cookies stored on your device
  • Delete all or specific cookies
  • Block cookies from specific websites
  • Set preferences for future cookie acceptance

Note that disabling essential cookies will prevent you from using the SchnelPay dashboard and custodial features.

6. Changes to This Policy

We will notify you of any significant changes by email or in-app notice.

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered users by email and post a notice on the platform. Continued use of SchnelPay after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
